By the terms ('we', 'us' or 'our') is referring to THECOOLBREAKFASTCLUB ENTERPRISE (TR02827303-X). The terms 'Site' which referring to www.thecoolbreakfastclub.com. The website you are using right now is fully owned and operate by us. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. We reserves the rights to make any changes or replace these Terms at any time. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree any part of these Terms; please don't use our Site.
Payment and Charges
Our Site www.thecoolbreakfastclub.com accepts manual checkout and also uses third-party payment gateway services. For manual checkout, we allows Bank Transfer and DuitNow QR. Bank Transfer required customer to key in bank account number to perform transaction manually for payment. DuitNow QR can be used only with the stated participate banks and e-wallets. For using DuitNow QR, customer is required to scan the QR code to make payment. After payment is made using either Bank transfer or DuitNow QR is required to upload their proof of payment with Bank-in or DuitNow receipts through the link provided with Reference ID. Our teams will verified the payment before proceeding your order. Manual checkout order will be cancelled if the payment haven't been made after 24 hours. For third-party payment gateway services we uses Billplz which allows user to make payment with Financial Process Exchange (FPX) Online Banking for easier checkout. After payment has been made successful, you will receive a automated generated confirmation email and your biling details. We do not held any responsibility with Billplz on any technical issues or error occurs during process of payment checkout, however we will try to cooperate with Billplz to reach a fair-fair resolution. Therefore, if any errors situation occurs, customer can contact us or email us before proceeding any further.
Placing Order
It is mandatory to create an 'account' on the Site in order to make any purchases. When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitues a breach of the Terms, which may results in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activites or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You agree not to disclosure your passwords to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. All your information will be handle correctly by our privacy policy. All order cannot be modified or make any changes once order had been placed. You are advise to double confirm your information before placing order. Order that will be cancelled if the payment haven't been made (manual checkout order) and if product is 'out of stock' which will be proceeding for refunds back to customers within 7 days. Shipping fee will be charge accordingly. All goods sold are not returnable or refundable. On our Site through your order status page will be display 'PAID' once your payment is successful, 'FULFILLED' once your order is dispatch out and 'DELIVERED' once your order have been successfully delivered to your doorstep. Your order will be confirmed once payment had been made succesful, you will be update by an automated generated confirmation email and your biling details. Since the email is automated generated, kindly check which it may be delivered to your spam/junk mail or folder. After we done preparing and packing your order, you will be receiving update through email with an air-waybill (AWB) number generated by courier service and we will then dispatch out your order. Your order will be process in 1 to 2 working days. Our customer service hours is on Monday to Friday and not available for service on Saturday/Sunday and Public Holidays subjected according to Malaysia Calendar. Order that placed on Monday to Friday before 12:00 PM (GMT) will be dispatch out to courier service on the same day. After the timeframe will be scheduled to dispatch out on the next working day. Order that placed on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays will be scheduled to dispatch out on the next working day accordingly.
Pricing
We reserves the rights to amend the price of all our products on our Site from time to time as to keep our price updated accordingly. The shipping fee is excluded in all products price. Any discounted price of a product or promotion will only be temporary during special offers. All order are entitled to only use one discount code/voucher and cannot be stack/used twice or even after the order has been placed. Any discount code/voucher is excluded from all sales/offer items unless otherwise stated. Take note that all discount code/voucher are limited and only active in a short period of time which may be expired or discontinued. Discount code/voucher is not transferrable to another account/email or redeemable for cash. We reserves the rights to terminate or make cancellation of any discount code/voucher at any time or any reason without any notice. If we found customer act of making fraud or any misuse of discount code/voucher we have the rights to terminate the user account with no warning. It might also face serious allegations by the laws for any act of fraud or misuse.
Shipping
We uses J&T Express Malaysia as our main Courier Service partner. The shipping fee is excluded in all product price. Therefore, it will be charge by flat rate with order according to state location which for West Malaysia is RM 10 and East Malaysia is RM 20. Free shipping only entitled for order which is calculate on product price subtotal (excluded shipping fee) when a single order purchase above >RM 150 gets free shipping for all state of West Malaysia and single order purchase above >RM 200 gets free shipping for all state of East Malaysia. Courier service will be delivering your order to your doorstep which it may take up to 2 to 5 working day for West Malaysia and 5 to 10 working day for East Malaysia. All items that customer purchase from our website with the use of courier service is purchase at own risks. Please provide accurate delivery information whether is you or helping others to deliver. You are advised to double confirm your details before placing order and once you placed your order you cannot change any details of it. Once we done packing and dispatch out your order we no longer responsible for the conditions for it. We will not held any responsibility on any lost parcel, damaged parcel, the wrong residential address provided or the residential address that courier service can't make to deliver. Any lost or damaged parcel shall be taken on courier company full responsibility. The claims for lost or damaged parcel is filed by you directly to courier company and please refer back to them for any assistance needed. However, we likely to assist customer at our best to resolve any issues with the order. For Instant Delivery Service, we uses Lalamove Malaysia as our delivery partner. The rates is calculated by km per rates and will be charge according to your location and display the pricing on checkout page that only apply for Klang Valley area. The starting rates is as low as RM 5 and will be charge additional for any km added. It will be deliver within the same day or a day after depending on the time of when the order is placed. A live tracking number will be provided once your order is picked up by Lalamove and will be delivering soon. We will not held any responsibility on any lost parcel, damaged, the wrong residential address provided or the residential address can't be delivered. However, we likely to assist customer at our best to resolve any issues with the order.
