Order

Do I need an account to place order?
You are required to create account with your email address and will receive a 10% off discount code for your first purchase.

What payment methods do you accepts?
We accepts FPX Online Banking, Bank Transfer and DuitNow QR.


Can I change my order after been placed?
Unfortunately, once you placed order with the selected details are not allowed to change it. We advise to double confirmed your information before placing order.


Why is my order cancelled?
Your order is cancelled might due to the product have been sold out or your payment haven't been made after 24 hours. If you have any issues, you can contact us here.

How to rate a product?
Every ratings is linked to an order, you should receive a product rating email once your order is delivered.


Can I request for a return or refund?
Sorry to hear that but all goods sold are not returnable or refundable, however you can contact us here for any issues. 

How long it takes for my order to dispatch out?
Standard Order will be proceed in 1 to 2 working days and dispatch out to courier service. Special Order will scheduled for delivery on Weekend only.


Shipping

Which shipping service you are using?
We are using (J&T Express Malaysia) as our main Courier Service which can deliver to most state location across Malaysia. We also uses Instant Delivery Service (Lalamove Malaysia) which apply for Klang Valley area only.


How much is the shipping rates? 
Courier rates is based on state location by flat rate RM 10 for (West Malaysia) and RM 20 for (East Malaysia). Instant Delivery rates will be calculated by km and charge according to your location. Only available for Klang Valley area starting with the price from as low as RM 5.


How do get free shipping? 
All order gets free shipping when a single order purchase above >RM 150 (West Malaysia) and above >RM 200 (East Malaysia).


How do I track my order?
You will received a tracking number update in your email once your order is dispatched out.


When can I expect to received my order?
After your order is dispatched out, courier service will deliver your order to your doorstep estimated within 2 to 10 working days.


Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we do not ship worldwide. Stay tuned for more updates.

When is the coffee beans roasted?
Our coffee beans is roasted by batch and the roast date will be stated on product page and packaging.


How long can roasted coffee beans lasts?
Roasted coffee bean technically can lasts up to six month or more if by proper way of storage. It will ages and tend to lose its freshness over time.


How should I stored my coffee beans?
You can reseal the zip on the packaging to store your coffee beans. For longer storing advice, we recommend to store it in air tight containers.


Best time to consumed the coffee beans?
To enjoy the freshness of coffee beans is consumed within two to seven weeks after roasted date.


Can I change my grind size?Unfortunately, after you selected a grind size for your order are not allowed to change it.


Cold brew coffee storing and shelf life?
Keep refrigerated in cold temperatures and consume within 10 days. For best taste advice, consume during the day received.
